We ship worldwide. Every item in stock is shipped the next business day as the payment is accepted. If your purchase is customized we need about 6-10 days more for making.We ship via USPS to the address listed on your order: by priority mail in the USA and by first class mail wordwide. You will receive an email with tracking number once your item has shipped.

The estimated delivery time:

• for the USA is 3-4 days (f.e. if we ship on Monday morning, you'll get it on Wednesday),

• for Canada and Mexico is about 5-7 days,

• for South America is about 10-12 days,

• for Europe is about 12 days,

• for Russia and Asia is about 12-18 days, depends on the distance.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just contact us within 3 days of delivery and return the product to us within 14 days of receiving it and we'll exchange or refund it it to the original method of payment.

For custom orders.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive at you damaged or defective, we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange products which have been monogrammed, personalized a lot or made to very unusual measure. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order, we will be happy to help.

We can only accept return if you find any defect made in our studio and we accept returns within 3 days of a delivery and all items must be in original condition. 

Conditions of return.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
